How it works...



Enrollment

Enrollment is a simple one-time only process usually taking less than a minute. To enroll, the user calls the system and responds to a series of identity questions, creating a Voice Identity Profile™ (VIP) . Each time the user calls into the system, the VoicePrint identity optimizer™ updates their voice profile in a continuing process to ensure accurate and concise voice attributes.



Password Reset

Resetting your password is a simple process – just call the VC Reset™ system. You will then be asked to identity yourself for authentication. During this process, VC Reset™ is checking your status with the identity management system to determine if you have reset capabilities – if you don’t you are automatically transferred to the IT helpdesk.

Once your identity has been authenticated, either VC Logon™ or your back-end system generates a temporary password for you to use.
