VoiceCertain products prevent identity theft. Our suite of products provide VoicePrint identity authentication for each of the four venerable security areas facing an enterprise:
VoicePrint Framework(VPF) is the architectural framework and central communications point from which VoiceCertain's suite of products is built upon. The open standards based VPF platform seamlessly integrates with your existing telephony and IT environment, building a voiceprint identity infrastructure for your enterprise.

VPF is composed of three components: a Telecom Engine, a Core Processing Engine, and the VoicePrint Engine. Together they manage and control all processes inherent with specific biometric technologies, telecommunications and system interfaces.
The Telecom Engine provides for and manage all communications interfaces, whether the conneciton is analog, digital T-1/E-1, SS7, or VoIP. A Computer Telephony Integration component provides for the capturing of telephony information and the ability to integrate and pass this information on to other systems and applications.
The Core Processing Engine functions as the main technoolgy interface, communicating between other systems and all VoiceCertain products. This includes back-end systems integration to RACF, Active Directory, applications and databases.
At the very heart of the VoicePrint Framework is the VoicePrint Engine, controlling and directing allVoicePrint processes and decision rules regarding the building and use of VoicePrint identity authentication.

While the VoicePrint Framework provides the core of all VoicePrint products, our System Management Layer provides the basis for Enterprise-wide system management of our system. System Management consists of three modules: Control Center provides system administrators the ability to control and monitor multiple VoiceCertain distributes installations in real-time from a centralized management console. Info Center provides business, adminsitrative and technical users with the analytical and reporting information they need to make decisions and Dashboard provides digital display information for monitoring VoiceCertain's applicaitons and systems.
